I am a 58 year, and have been to many doctors in my life. This is the only office where every single person from the Doctor to the PA's to the nurses to the front desk remembers you knows why your there, their website is amazing they always answer. They guide you in the right direction. I only use this office unless they recommend I see a specialist for some specific reason. I love them all. I gladly drive 45 minutes to this office. It's worth the human touch!

I took my daughter in because she had a fever and was feeling bad. She was nervous about coming into a doctor’s office but the staff was incredibly welcoming. The front desk showed her the kid’s section in the waiting room. She was seen by Dr. Hoover. He was very friendly and professional. The staff here is top notch. The office manager Ely checked in because she saw my daughter looked scared and my daughter’s anxieties went away. 10/10 Highly recommend this place.

Dr Hoover and his staff are amazing. I bring my entire family to see him. He’s patient, comforting and wait time is minimal. The medical assistants are amazing as well. We always leave completely satisfied with our visit.

Very good experience in this time

I came in because I had an allergic reaction rash all over my chest and arms. I came to this office and the front desk was very welcoming. The wait time was pretty quick. The nurse and the doctor were very friendly and personable. They were able to provide an assessment pretty quickly. I got a shot and within an hour, the rash was gone and my medicine was ready at my pharmacy. The office staff made me feel less anxious and at home. Dr. Hoover is a very knowledgable doctor and I was happy to have found this place at such short notice.

I really had a great experience coming to this family practice office! The front desk staff were kind and seemed to be in good spirit, greeted me with a smile. Doctor Hoover was truly a relief from the previous docs that i've encountered. I came to get my 2 week old boy circumsised.. from the consulting to the precedure was great! He answered all my questioned with ease and performed the procedure very efficiently and had awesome beside manner. His nurse assistant was very pleasant and comforting as well! I would definately recomend them for peace of mind medical assitance.

Excellent team, excellent service

I was seen by Dr. Hoover for a follow up after an Emergency room discharge. He reviewed diagnostics & explained everything perfectly to me. He referred me to specialists for further specialty care tailored to my condition. A very friendly and wonderful Doctors office.
